Anyone who tries to pretend these don’t look like some sort of orthopaedic footwear is either lying or in complete denial. These definitely look like something you’d buy at the type of store that sells walking frames and those clocks with the MASSIVE numbers on them, but that’s the whole point.
The sole unit is actually lifted from the 9060 hybrid introduced a few years from now, but you’d barely recognise it thanks to the uppers. They’re made from suede, feature a a velcro strap and honestly, they’re one of the wildest things to come out of NB in a while.
