No brand defines the synthetic silver runner vibe better than ASICS, they practically created the look which then become universal across the board. There’s no denying that as people moved away from these styles the design team struggled for a while, but now they must be getting their just-desserts!
The GEL-NIMBUS 9 is one such masterpiece from the ‘golden era’ – featuring a techy upper sat atop an alien-like midsole with GEL™ pods which look more like candies than a cushioning system.
