System.23 – Black/Cement Grey
Jordan Brand has taken their time before slipping on the mulewagon but it’s been a worthwhile wait. Rather than slapping a jumpan on a not-so-subtle rip-off, they developed the System.23: a two-piece modular shoe wearable in different configurations.
Level 1: The first sees the bootie nestled inside the bespoke rubber cage. You get all the cloggy goodness with some added cushioning from the elephant print neoprene.
Level 2: Ditch the bootie and rock those clogs raw, letting the extra ventilation operate at maximum capacity. This is what we could dub ‘beach spec’ and it’ll allow you to go just about anywhere without having to worry about ruining your Jays.
Level 3: We can’t say whether this is a good idea or that Nike even condones it but if you’re looking to assert dominance at your next dinner party – when asked to take your shoes off inside – slip off the clogs and flex on all your mate with your Jordan booties!
