Originally unveiled in 2008 the New Balance 993 is a continuation of the design language set-out on the 991 and 992—bringing updated technology with ABZORB DTS sandwiched within the ACTEVA midsole for the Cadillac of smooth rides.
Taking a relatively neutral palette, this version pairs Sea Salt white suede with accents in highly contrasted black. It’s a pretty standard affair with these ones, instead the materials do all the talking. As-if made to specifically capture our own hearts, these also sport the top-tier in classy spec options: a gum rubber outsole.
